Re-hang valance

A couple of weeks ago the valance over the table fell off. I'm not sure why except we did have a short drive down a rough road. What is the best way to rehang it? The holes stripped out. And there isn't much room to adjust the hole somewhere else. Thanks...

Use hollow wall anchors. Can be found at Lowes or Home Depot. I reset all my valances with these. Sooner or later they all will need to be reset.
