Resale value 2016 23IKSS

Pre-interior redesign. All options but 15k AC and thermal pane windows.

Any insight on where the market is these days on this model?

A lot depends on what region you're selling it in.
Out West, hybrids command higher prices, in the Midwest, lower prices.

Have you checked NADA?
Many newbies to the hybrid market, won't be aware of the design change and might not care.

I would check what new ones are selling for, on RV Trader and dealers in your area and then price accordingly.

I bought a 2016 Shamrock 23IKSS last month from a private seller in Bethlehem PA. Like new condition. Came with a cover, weight distribution hitch few other extras. I assume itís the pre redesigned interior. Paid $17k if that helps you.

That's very helpful, thanks! We're in SE PA, too, and that's about the value I was thinking. Ours is in perfect condition, very low miles. Floor plan is the one before the glass shower.

Can I ask you a few questions: Where did you see the ad for yours? What caught your eye about the ad? What was the seller's asking price? Any options you wanted that weren't on the unit you bought?

Again, thanks.

I saw it on Craig’s list. He said he had it advertised nationally for awhile. He was asking $19k. Although I had never seen one, when my wife and I decided to move up from our pop up, I determined that this would suit our needs perfectly. We were are to use it a few weekends since we got it and love it so far.

I don’t believe it has all of the options except a 15k AC. Does not have a glass shower which I’m ok with. I’ll probably rarely use the shower.

Great, thanks again.

We've loved our 23IKSS, too, but since we're now doing seasonal camping for the most part, I need a full bed (I'm 6'5"). For occasional use, it's a perfect unit, enjoy!

Bittersweet day, unit got sold today (thanks for the introductions, PRB!).

Our new 5th wheel is a monster at 43' long and 13.5' tall. I picked it up last weekend and immediately appreciated how versatile, manageable, and well designed the 23IKSS is. A lot of trailer in a very small package (vs my 5th wheel which is a lot of trailer in a very LARGE and intimidating-to-maneuver package).

It's been fun hanging out here, new owners of my 23IKSS benefitted from mods that went with the unit that I learned about here.

Happy trails!
