I won't ever order again. I could care less about delays but the runaround and changing story gets old. Finding Bigfoot would be far easier than finding out where my camper is.
Feb 24 they said it was built. March 24 it would be delivered in mid April. In late April it wasn't here because of production delays. Last weekend forest river reps were apparently unreachable so they were going to upper management at forest river to find my camper. They would get back to me Monday morning.
(Sound of crickets chirping)
I am ready to walk away. Not because of any delay, I could care less about that...I am just sick of the weird stories.

I also would never order again. Your story (roovader) sounds just like mine from last spring. I pulled out of the order and CW found and shipped my Roo from their Chicago store. Ten days later I had the trailer. I was told so my ridiculous stories. Its too bad that after you spend so much money, and the customer service sticks.

Their prices are ridiculous, had a PA CW tell me $27K for a 2015 23IKSS Roo with less options then my 2015 Roo had and low balled me on my trade so I decided to travel 275 miles to VA, McGeorge's did right by me and I won't CW for anything major, only small stuff for the Roo, too many bad stories and I had a bad experience

Well, like I said..it is just silly. I never pressured them on timing. I simply checked back each time they said it would be there and each time there was a different reason and it generally contradicted the previous reason. I was very clear I understand if there was a mix up or something, just get me a realistic date.
When you are told wild stories at the front end of the deal it leaves me with very little hope I can ever get a straight answer down the road.
I am now battling myself because I can surely pressure them and get it quicker than if I start the process all over...but part of me wants to just walk away because it has been a horrible experience. The funny thing is I could have simply picked up the exact same camper at another dealership the same distance, same price, off their lot. I wasn't in a hurry as it was February so I thought it would be nice to pick my colors and flooring.
Colors and flooring were not worth the games. Apologies for continually venting about it. Life is short...it is not that big of a deal...this has just been a great community to share in the excitement and (unfortunately) the frustration. Thanks all.

What exactly did you order as far as I know only one CW location sells the Roo's in Hanover PA near me and they wanted way too much for theirs and didn't have the options we wanted

My order was a 21DK Sapphire Roo with some normal options...power tongue, wood-look floors, metropolitan interior. They matched the price of the other dealership but then the tried to slip in 1200 bucks for the PDI. I had to battle for a few days to get that cut in half. I feel like the price is fine...it is within 500 of the quotes I received from several other places and it is probably a half hour closer than the other dealership. It was also a Roo, versus a Shamrock...and changing my name from RooVader would simply be tragic, lol.

Well we just got an email as well. They expect it to ship the week of the 7th and be ready on the 15th. If that happens it will put us around 13 or 14 weeks. I won't hold my breath but I am going to roll with it and see if this time it actually shows up. It is like groundhogs day and I am reliving last month, lol.

I tried to post yesterday, but it didn't go through. I called R.V.W. at 10am and was told my camper just hit the lof 20minutes ago. I'm still a little apprehensive as I had to call them, and I was told 6 weeks and it was 10. But I'm hoping everything goes smooth from here on out.

I was told 8 weeks if all goes well. I allowed for 10 weeks, assuming that would be more accurate. Still waiting, but I don't know what sales person told you 6. Maybe they were thinking of a different manufacturer or model tan a Roo.

I like that model for use it was between that and our new 2015 Roo 23IKSS. If the bunks were not so closed in would have done that but don't have small kids so chose the Roo but good luck they are also very nice

The 23ikss was my choice but the wife overruled. She said she was tired of dealing with the canvas. We had a HW276 before we ordered the 2504s.
