you'll need to replace it.

You'll need to get it replaced. I have a 2009 Shamrock (twin of the Roo) with the same issue. Its going to cost $1100 to get it done at a dealer. Is the floor at the front of the unit soft? My Floor is rotten as well. Love dealers who lie.

Had this problem on my 2008 Shamrock. Quote by local dealer to repair the bunk end was between $1,100 and $1,300 (new plywood and re-laminating). I understand some people do the repair themselves, but over my skill level. Turned out the cheapest option was replacement of the bunk end. Service manager worked with me and ended up quoting me $875 which included $150 shipping from FR to the dealer. Was going to go with this, but ended up trading.

timspap - Once you get the bunk end issue resolved, check out pixleys fix to help divert water from the area. The thread is dated 09-03-2009 and is under the Expandable and Hybrid RV Discussion subtopic. The picture link is on the second page of the thread. It will slow down future damage to the area. Good luck from the southern shore of Lake Ontario!

I believe most dealers will allow you to save shipping and ship it in a new unit they are receiving... Ask them
