Roo 19 Dinette + Couch Bed?

Anyone found a way to bridge the gap between the dinette and couch to make one large sleeping surface? Thinking for turtling ideas...

In my hybrid, when I had it, I went to Home Depot and bought closet shelving to bridge the gap, then used layers of mattress topper to fill in the gap. I then used a king sized mattress pad across the whole thing.

It was ok. It was never really comfly, but neither were the dinette or jackknife couch alone.

DW and I turtled several times in our Roo 19. We just folded down the couch and put the front bunk mattress across the dinette and the couch. Worked great.

Where did to place/attach the shelf piece too. That's what I'm not getting.
