We recently bought a used 2006 Roo 233 and are having some small leaks above each of the beds while the beds are closed and the camper is not being used.
It seems as though the channels above each closed bed door, which should divert any water running off the roof, are not doing the job very effectively. The water still seems to find its way into the door gap that leads inside in certain rainy situations. Why this wasn't designed better is beyond me.
Wondering if anyone else is/has experienced this issue and if there is a suitable fix? Would a dealer know what to do? Or is only a home grown solution attemptable?
I think a gasket around each bed door would work wonders, or a metal flange built into each door frame which would channel any water that seeps in through the door would be a great idea, but I am not familiar with what's available. Help!
Thanks for any assistance & happy camping this weekend. This will be our second time camping in two weeks - bought it only three weeks ago!
