Roo 233S: Broken Part (pop-out pole receiver?)

Hey Gang,

Went out on my first trip and as my wife was setting up one of the bunks, the plastic part that the top pole rests in broke. This is the plastic piece that is screwed into the back arch/pole that you push against with the top pole and that keeps the canvas taught. Basically the "nipple" that the pole rests on broke clean off with little force applied. I suspect it was defective but regardless it seems like it would be a cheap part to replace.

Thoughts on what this part is called and where I can find a new one in a hurry? I will try through local dealer tomorrow as well (probably covered under warranty but not worth the hassle) but thought if I can order online I would likely get it sooner and can order a spare.

Thanks!

I broke one as well on my first trip out. I was used to my pop-up where I would push the back support up and in position with the top support pole without climbing on the beds. This plastic setup does not like pressure being applied at an angle. It held through the trip, but I then purchased a new one and a spare from my dealer for about $10. I have also learned to climb onto the beds and fully raise the back support prior to inserting the top support pole.
