Roo 233s vs Ford Expedition advice

My family and I want to upgrade from a pop up. We own a 2014 Ford Expedition with the 5.4 ltr V8 and the Heavy duty tow package. The car has a 9200 pound towing capacity with a 920 tongue weight capacity. We were looking at the 233s and love its looks and options. We would be using a weight distribution hitch. I would rather be safe than sorry and I don't want to work the TV into the ground.
Is anyone towing a 233s with an Expedition? We do a lot of traveling and camped 30 days this year. Your thoughts about this combination of trailer and TV would be appreciated.
P.S. We are 2 adults, two preteens, and 2 dogs so a pick-up truck is not an option.

Thanks in advance

Based on your info, you should be fine.
Except for payload. SUVs are infamous for low payload, compared to their towing capacity.
With all that you have in the Expy, cargo and the WDH, your payload will get eaten up real fast.

Post what the driver door sticker says is your payload capacity.

We do -- 2010 expedition el -- and it does great. We purchased this TV for the same We also have the rear air leveling system, so setting up the WDH was an interesting task. I posted those pics in a thread a few weeks ago. Anyhow, your Expe will do the job just fine.

We tow our 2015 23IKSS with a 2008 Expedition EL, and it works well. Plenty of power and the extra long Expedition tracks well. I don't feel like the tail is wagging the dog. With all the gear in the camper, it weighs right around 6,100lbs. Our Expedition had the std towing package, but the RV dealer added the 7-pin wiring harness to allow for the electric brake, and we had our mechanic add the extra transmission cooler so we essentially have the HD towing package now.
Best advice I can offer is to be sure that you have your WDH hitch properly adjusted. This thread was very helpful for getting it dialed in:

I have Surveyor SP220 with 2015 Expedition. No towing problems at all with WDH. Plenty of reserve power of us.

I hate "spell check" sometimes. I meant no problem "For Us".

You'll be fine. The Roo's GVWR of 6600 lbs leave plenty of capacity left in the Expedition, unless the wife, kids and dogs weight 2000 lbs, that.
