Sapphire pkg, table and chairs and fold out couch instead of dinette and couch. Driftwood/Monarch and 'wood look floor'. Somewhere I have the full list of options and factory pricing on options and will post if anyone would like to see it - if I can find it!
Someone, somewhere will always do better or at least said they did. I just did the deal of the century on my new truck. How do I know this? I stopped looking at the Chevy internet ads as well as the Sunday paper auto sales section. You did your deal, you're getting a beautiful RV, relax.

Also has a lot to do with trades, time of the season if the dealer needs to move the unto, a lot of factors but best way to know is you happy with your purchase.

I need to make myself the deal of a century on a new Ford Truck soon....lol

Everyone's deal is good or a fish tale. I got mine for 10k after 5yr old trade....long story but hit all the cosmic tumblers. Best advice I can give is check the net offerings. Some dealers will clam up when you say "I got this price from RVOne". But now you know if you want to deal with that dealer.

It's amazing how much higher Roos have increased in the past 10 years.
I brought my new 2007 23SS, with most the options for $14,500.

Sure is, when I almost pulled the trigger on the 23SS in 2012 your $14.5 K was more in the neighborhood of about $18K, now it's 21K.

Having priced the 23' Roo's just about everywhere online, including the so called self described wholesalers, and by making countless phone calls back in the fall here is my take on an average good price at this point in time. You have to take into account the market area, New England is a little higher than here in PA/OH as an example, and the shipping to dealer can increase things, but that's hundreds and not thousands.

With all options except thermopane windows, stainless appliances, Maple cabs, and heated tanks which is about another $1300 worth of stuff. No trade in and walking in with cash or check in hand.

233S - $20K
23WS- $21K
23IKSS- $22K

There are times you can beat those prices for whatever reason such as a unit that has been sitting on the lot for awhile etc. Right now they are getting antsy as the 2017's will be showing up soon so the prices should be getting very negotiable on 2016's. I know a dealer who has had a couple 23WS Shamrocks advertised for 20K since right after last years Hershey RV show.

FR seems like they are one of the few still pushing hybrids if the lots around here are any indication. There is still demand so I am not surprised they are creeping up.

I still think I wouldn't sweat paying more if you find a dealer you feel good about. Our hybrids are like Swiss Army knives but that does mean a few more openings and possibly wrinkles that may need ironed out after the sale.

Yep, the field of hybrid manufacturers has sure shrunk, since we first started looking at them in 2005.
Even those that do, have cut back on the number of models/floorplans they make.
Even Roo/Shamrock used to have a few more models in the lineup.

Its because they (mostly dealers) want to push the 28'/30', cookie-cutter, stick and tin bunkhouses. Those have the largest margin for both dealer and manufacturer and with the bunkhouses they can push those easily on young families. A lot of dealers will not even carry hybrids. If you're a Rockwood or Flagstaff dealer you will carry the hybrids as I have been told you carry the full line or not at all. I got that piece of info from a local dealer who would not sign with them because of that supposed requirement. He wanted to carry the Roo but not the Rockwood popups and TT's, as those would compete with his other brands and yes some of those others were F.R. brands.
