Thanks for the responses! Also, a couple more questions:
Will the new plastic latching system last or get brittle in the sunlight? Has anyone had any leaks with the new latching system? Thanks again.

We don't have the new latches that have the long bars to make the latches easier to reach, and they are so new, probably too early to know how they will hold up. But, it looks like all they do is make it so you don't have to reach up so high to operate them. The door itself and the seals and tenting are still the same as on the 2013's. That attached canvas system seems to make it less likely you pinch the canvas in the seal (but its still possible). And that is a quick way to give yourself a leak. Overall, the doors, latches, and seals seem to be well designed, and as good or better than anything else we looked at.

I can understand why they went to the new latch design, but it does seem like they may not be as durable as the simple metal handles. The rest of setup seems pretty durable (fingers crossed...)
