Roo 23SS radio

So I have a 2009 Roo with a CD/FM etc system. Over the last couple of years I came to find out it has an alarm clock of some sort. Has gone off in the middle of the night when camping scaring the daylight out of us. Even following the instructions does not prevent it from reoccurring. Any suggestions?

If you can get a manufacturer and model number, you can probably get on-line and find a manual for it.

I have the manual and have followed the instructions. Even called them. It will stop once but appears to reset once again.

Got me there. Missing a step on something ? not being rude, just thinking of past experiences of my own. Keep a portable weather radio in our TT and it did kind of the same thing. I found out after a couple...10+ tries, I was only shutting off the alarm for that time and not actually shutting the entire alarm OFF.

Trust me, I am not offended. I'm just out of ideas short if removing this unit entirely.

You could install a switch on the power lead and turn it off completely at night.

You probably have a Concertone unit.
Concertone couldn't help you?

If and when you do find something, please be sure to let us know the outcome. This site can be a treasure trove of information when people post the fix to their problem.
Could you post the make/model of the radio ?

That's the model. Concertone informed me on how to use the switch to stop it, but as I mentioned it seems to reset and they are useless with that.

That was something I never thought of. Then it could be powered off at night without worrying about it. Thanks!👍

I will post but everything is in winter storage. Haven't been in it for three weeks. Only check for mice from time to time.
