I have no problem raising it and the truck enough to swing the bars of my Equalizer around onto the pads without needing the tool to pry them over. A massive park model behind a 1 ton dually is the only possible scenario I can see where the Barker wouldn't suffice. And an American company isn't the same as an American manufacturer.
Like I said had no experience with Barker and didn't bad mouth them, but I buy as much American made as I can just sometimes you can't get it all, other than that not much more to say other than I am happy with the Husky and my Ford
