Roo Rookie

I recently purchased a 2013 Roo 19. Coming from a pop-up background I have a lot to learn regarding care and maintenance. We took it out this weekend for a maiden voyage and all went well except I could only get lukewarm water out of the water heater. I tried electric, propane and both at the same time without any luck. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong or might it be a thermostat issue? We our loving our Roo except for shower time!

Welcome from Wisconsin and congrats on your new Roo. Take a look at the hot water heater bypass valves to make sure they are the summer position.

Check your HW heater bypass valve. Sounds like the inlet & outlet valves letting water flow through the heater are open, but the bypass valve in the middle may also be open, letting the hot water mix with cold water.
