Roof cracks

I have a 2014 23IKSS and was putting some roof sealer on before I winterized and noticed some cracks around the two horizontal seams that the trailer was put together. Has anyone experienced this issue and what should I do to keep it from spreading? Should I fill in the racks with caulking or is there a rubber compound to use so I don't experience leaking in the future.

Roof membrane is covered by a 12 year warranty provided you are the original owner?
