Rookie mistake or old age

Arrived at camp site tonight for a last min trip and forgot battery cut off switch functionality

If I pull out does it turn switch off or on?

I have a push/pull knob style on my disconnect switch. Pushing it in will shut off the battery and pulling it out turns it on.

As for rookie mistake or old age - let the rookie mistake get the credit as old age last much longer.

Thx terrier, I am out numbered 3 to 1. Wasnt about to turn my DW and DDS against me on the first night out.

Bought the 233s in April, had a night driveway camping and a brutally cold rainy night at a camp site with 1 dd before family matters prevented us from touching the Roo for the last six weeks.

Finally got the whole family together for.a 4 night shake out trip at punderson state park, our local cg this weekend.

Still haven't had an opportunity to test the plumbing, but hope to do so prior to another 3 day trip to beech fork in west Virginia next weekend.

DW learned how to tow it this week and she and a gaggle of gals will be taking the Roo on their own to Lily Dale in two weeks.

Hopefully our memories will hold, rookie mistakes will be made without permanent damage as we will have learned enough to survive and enjoy our 3 wk adventure to glacier, Yellowstone and other points west in late July..

First step for us tomorrow is to create the "I forgot list"

Once you get it figured out, get a Marks a lot and make an arrow pointing to ON or OFF whichever you want or both <<ON OFF>>.

Pull to turn on, push in to disconnect. Three week trip to Glacier! Awesome!

I wish I could get my wife to learn how to tow the trailer... She is barely comfortable driving the truck without the trailer, so I don't know if it will ever happen.

I think they are all pull on, push off. If you think of it as an emergency shut down switch you want to hit it to kill the power.

on If you cool your fridge while driving you have no other option .

To clarify... The battery AND propane have to be on for the fridge to work while driving. The fridge will not work on your battery alone.

make sure your propane is on to !
normally I like to switch mine over at least 20 minutes before we leave to make sure it doesn't fault out .
