Seams on bunk

I need help, what product should I use to re-seal the seams on the bunk. We had some mold

Wall Mart sells a tent seam sealer for tents that I used with success for years in my tents, it really seals completely.
My tent ends don't leak (knock, knock, knock) but if I reach I point I need to use something, that would be my first shot.
