shamrock water heater

I recently de-winterized our shamrock and there seems to be an issue with hot water. all of the shutoff/bypass valves are parallel to the lines and water flows freely when the hot water faucet is turned on. the water heater turns on and cycles through but, again, no hot water. any recommendations?

The middle handle that connects the hot and cold water lines should not be parallel to the lines that means it's open allowing hot and cold to mix. Valve should be 90 degrees to lines. Also check outside shower make sure knobs are in off position.

Correct, the "crossover" valve should be perpendicular to it's line...while the cold water and hot water "bypass" valves should be parallel to their line.

Please read this thread, as it explains it and has diagrams and pictures to follow.
