Skylight replacement letter

On Jan 25, 2013, I got a certified letter from FR. It says (in part):

"A limited number of Rockwood and Flagstaff units were manufactured in late 2011/early 2012 with Alpha Systems clear, polycarbonate skylights which were sealed with the aid of a primer. A very small percentage of these skylights have become brittle and have cracked in the field. It is easy to determine whether or not a skylight is affected, as it will have a white, cloudy appearance near theflange and will likely display many small cracks."

It then says to contact your selling dealr or nearest Rockwood/Flagstaff service center to have it inspected.

Has anyone else gotten this letter and/or had the inspection done?

Our 2013 Roo19 is still in storage and covered, so I haven't been able to look at it myself.

We also received this letter. Took the trailer in and supposedly had it replaced. Brought it home today, took a look and there is more condensation in there now than there was before. Sooo not happy about it. Also, now the roof membrane is all bubbly and pulled loose around the skylight. Will be contacting the dealer tomorrow morning to see what they can tell us.

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe I'll hold off awhile.
