Slide out fuse

Can someone tell me where the slide out fuse is located and what size it should be? I am going to pick up a few extras, I know I've read somewhere on here people having trouble with them and I cringe every time I open/close it. Thanks

I'd recomend replacing it with a self resetting circuit breaker such as this and of the same amperage.

Slideout fuse may also be located in here.

I'd still recommend replacing it with a self resetting circuit breaker.

Any automotive parts store such as napa, O'Reillys, car quest or autozone.

Get the extended tang version such as I've pictured if you need to put them in your distribution center.
You can always shorten the tangs if needed as there pre scored.

often owners push the toggle switch too long, either to close or open, and the fuse blows before the gears get broken.
the second you hear the motor/gear chatter, you gotta let go!
sometimes it's the kids fooling with it, without parents' knowledge.
