Slide Out Leak During Travel

Hello,
we have a 2016 23IKSS. We just returned from a trip in which the last 20 miles we had rain. When we arrived home there was water on the floor and along the living room slide out. The carpet was also damp.
We live in Northwest Indiana, does anyone have any preferred service shops they can recommend? We purchased the Camper in Grand Rapids Mi and don't mind traveling back if need be but I figured there has to be a shop closer that others have had good service with. We have a Petes RV not too far away but they will be avoided due to previous work on our old camper.

This happened to us one time during a really heavy rain. If you find a cure, I'd like to know what it is. Then, I can fix mine, as well. Good luck!

Hello - take a look at these pics and see if your 23IKSS has some similar dents in the lower seal. Although I have not noticed any wet floors or damp carpets, we have really not towed much in the rain. The whole thread may be of help, but I wanted you to see the pics since those are the most likely entry point of water:
