Solar System Question

I've got a ZAMP 200 Watt Portable Solar Charging System ZS-200-P
that I purchased with my new Roo this Spring. I've been looking through literature but I'm having difficulty finding the answers to a question I've had.

Is this system water proof? Can I leave it outside, set up indefinitely? Obviously free of debris. I'm more concerned with the weather.

For example:
The control panel is attacked to the rear of the unit.

Will it survive? I can't find anything in the paperwork that came with it.

Ant assistance would be much appreciated.

I seem to remember reading that they were weather resistant which is not the same as water proof.

Is it just me, or does this read like rubbish?
There's no markings anywhere on the unit designating which it is

Zamp says,
The Zamp Solar Digital Deluxe 15 Amp Solar Charge Controller is a 5 stage, weatherproof, PWM solar charge controller.

200 Watt Portable Solar Charging System - Zamp Solar

To know more details than that, you would have to ask Zamp.

It is weatherproof. Mine has been rained on. Just don't throw it in the lake.
