spline removal rockwood roo door

My grandson pushed a little too hard on the screen door of our Rockwod Roo 19 and now there is an opening on the screen. I can't figure out or see how to get the spline out to repair it. Any help?

Should be able to get it started with a tiny screw driver or something. Not sure if they make something specific for that or not. Easy to find spline installation stuff at the big box stores, but never seen a removal tool.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

I had the same issue although mine was caused by my dog who was unfamiliar with what a screen door is . I did not have the right tool to remove the spline and there is a small corner nicked up a bit because of it. I was able to get it started out with a small nail and very small needle nose pliers, so if you have one of those pointy tools, that would work . The spline on mine was triangular? I reused it and the regular spline roller worked fine.
