I have not. Wanted to get some opinions before I did anything.

Will that strip the gloss?

Meguiars Clean Wax. Highly recommended. It removes the black marks just like an eraser. Totally safe for fibreglass rv. It amazed me 1st time I used it.

Have you tried Awesome cleaner from the Dollar Store (Dollar Tree)? Only costs a dollar and it takes stains off my Shamrock 183 like no-other cleaner I have tried, especially for the money spent.

When all else fails, use automotive rubbing compound and an electric buffer. That works.

Goo-B-Gone works too.

Keep both off of decals.

You need to watch using compound. Depending on what grit you use it can be very abrasive and if not familiar with using a buffer you could burn right through the paint.... The only time I'd be using it is to try and remove surface scratches or if you have heavy oxidation that a cleaner wax won't take care of.

I've had good results using Meguiar's 50 cleaner wax. For the really stubborn stain/marks I use Meguiar's® Smooth Surface™ Clay Kit. The clay really gets into the small pores of the fiberglass and pulls out the dirt and it is either non-abrasive or very minimally abrasive.
Good luck.
