Tail Light/License Plate Holder

Need to replace a broken license plate holder. I understand this is one piece with the tail light. I have a 2011 Rockwood Roo and I understand Optronics is the brand to buy. Any suggestions or advice?

Thanks,

Send a message via MSN to Tiggerdad
If you are replacing because of broken tab for holding the plate use 2 small stainless steel hose clamps and fasten to a ladder rung.

My first one broke and lost a license, Replacement lost a broken tab a few months later with license barely hanging on.

When I put my cover on the Roo this fall I caught the license plate & broke off the plastic tabs on the light. Went to the local RV supply dealer & bought a metal bracket. I cut the silicone around the light & lifted the light up. The top of the metal bracket would slide right under the light so I just drilled 3 holes & screwed the metal bracket under the tail light & then resealed & reattached the tail light. Why mess with putting on new lights with the same plastic tabs that will just break off again. Go with the metal!
