Well, two things, actually.
#1, I bet that quite a few of the water leak issues people have can be mitigated doing this one simple thing. If you have leakage with your bunks
UP, you may want to think about closing them up with the entry door open.
Yep that's right. My buddy and I have identical 21ssl. I leave my door open whenever I run the slide or put the bunks up or down. I watched him try to store his rear bunk over the weekend and it was like trying to shove a balloon thru a mail slot. After he had it all cinched up, I pointed out where he had canvas pinched in the seal area. It's not easy to see, but when I showed him, he said he would have sworn that the seal area was clear.
I opened his entry door, dropped the bunk and re-closed it. Presto! a good seal all around. He said that is something he never thought about doing. Ya gotta have a way to let all that air out, or its gonna cause you trouble with the canvas.
#2, there is no better way of relaxing than a good quality hammock.
that's my buddy trying out my new hammock.
