X2 on the sidewall cracking/de laminating near the rear slide...our 2009 21RS had that problem , but is otherwise a very comfortable and nicely laid out RV. We took it back to the factory in Indiana and the Tech said that the cracking and delamination near the rear slide is a known problem and is solved by replacing the seal (the old one leaked) and rear panels along with supporting hardware...we were "fortunate" enough to be lightly rear ended on an icy over passed while stopped for an accident in Indiana last Feb, so the panels and seals were replaced as a part of the repair billed to our insurance company. $5k later our Roo is like new and we are once again happy campers. The Forest City facility was excellent in repairing it in a timely and user friendly fashion, so we were very fortunate to be able to bring it back to the factory.
