While the general consensus is not to try it, I have seen more than one hybrid pulling a Jon Boat. I also saw one last year with two kayaks on a trailer behind it.

I'm not saying it's right, just that it happens.

Further, check local regs. A lot of states prohibit tandem towing.

If the state does allow it, there is a total length limit on vehicles

Some states only allow double towing behind a fiver. That said, I would think the dynamics of towing a smaller trailer with another trailer behind it would set you up for sway but that is just my random guess.

I wouldn't dream of it.

You would want to modify the bumper/hitch substantially. If you're thinking of adding an RV hitch like this one and towing. I think you'll be looking for trouble.

Also states that allow it require brakes on rear trailer also. Later RJD

It comes down the ultralight chassis of the Roo.
Even having a receiver welded and braced to the frame, for a bike rack, is borderline.

Let alone towing a boat!

Two bumper pulls is about the least smartest thing a person could ever do.
