We also have a Roo 19 (2010) and transport our 4 bikes (3 adult size, one 24" youth size) inside all the time. Have to remove one pedal from one of the bikes (the one closest to the stove/sink), but it works great for us.
I purchased two floor bike stands like the one shown in this link at our local RackAttack store. They fit perfectly down the aisle in the middle of the trailer, so bikes are set-up 2x2. We can even still get to the fridge and into the bathroom if needed.

They work great for keeping the bikes organized in the garage, then just move them to the trailer as we pack-up.
We put a couple of those 24"x24" foam play mats down on the floor just to protect it from any scuff from the rack or tires. And stuff some soft foam between the bikes and potential contact areas in the trailer. Then a couple bungie cords to keep things tight.
Then when we arrive at the camp-site they go back outside as a bike rack again to keep the site tidy and all the bikes upright. Plus easy to lock them all up at night.
