Used price of 233s

Hello I have a 2016 233s shamrock, only used 10 times , what do you guys think I could get for it? Found a permanent site set up already and thinking of picking that up. The camper is the sapphire edition with power tongue jack, slide topper, power awning ect .

I'd be interested to know as well. I've seen postings all over the place on price.

Here's a new one for $23K:

2016 FOREST RIVER FLAGSTAFF SHAMROCK 233S

But here's another new one for $18.5K

#GZ138959 - 2016 Forest River Flagstaff Shamrock 233S for sale in Alcoa TN

Google is your friend. Google all the 2016's you can find, then use that to talk him down. The new 2016's on dealers lots are being reduced because they now have 2017's on the lot. That should drop the prices for used 2016's.

Have you checked the NADA guides for it?

Price yard 233S

I bought my 2016 new 3 months ago. Did the whole online search thing. Looked Midwest, Labady, etc. Sapphire, 13.5K heat and AC. Stove and oven,, large fridge, TV, full glass shower enclosure, maple upgrade, no auto jack. 23K out the door. Bought local in northeast.

I looked up Nada with no options is 21k but with the options in came up to like 26k so I don't think I can really go by this. May just have to stick it out another year or so

I ordered my 233S back in February, new. Took delivery in May. Its a 2017 model year, and I ordered with every possible option with the exception of the SS appliances, heated tanks, and free standing table and chairs. With tax, title, license, and fee's I was at $21,206.05.

I'd find it hard to believe you'd be able to come close to those Nada prices, especially with the 2017's sitting on the lots now. They're more than likely based on MSRP, minus depreciation. And no one pays MSRP. Unfortunately, If you sell it now your probably going to take a hit on it.

You don't add value for the standard "options ".
Like a/c, furnace, stove, spare tire, awning, stereo, water filter, tv and so on.
These so-called options come with all the Roo/Shamrock hybrids.

But a 15k a/c or power jack would be examples of options that would be added values.
