Water regulator and slide question

I've read it's important to use a regulator when hooking up. Don't see one in the bag of parts so assuming its part of the trailer.

Also, I have a 21dk, the slide isn't perfectly flush, but maybe it's not supposed to be? (See pic)Click image for larger version

Normally you have to purchase a regulator.
Wally world has them for about 10 bucks.
From the pictures, it looks like you are ok. There is a rubber seal on the inside where the slide meets the wall, so it may not be perfectly plum.

water regulator is something the owner purchases, unless your dealer gave you one of the cheap "starter package" with your purchase.
usually has one of the cheaper blue plastic regulators, along with a 30-15 amp adapter, a basic sewer hose/chems and a white water hose.

Check this place out:

RV Water Filter Store: Standard Filter Canisters for Whole RV

I got my reg and hose here. You will never need another. I also replaced the filter canister with one from them. Now I can use a standard filter.

Also, run your slide until you hear it to start to click, then stop.

When mine gets to the end, it almost sounds like you should stop, but continue on and the back wall straightens out and then it starts to click.
