Congrats on your first trip. I can only dream about my first trip. Its snowing here so I'm looking at least another 2 to 3 months for my first. Im glad to hear no hiccups.

Thanks for the comments fellow campers. I feel for you northern folks during the winter, especially those on the northern east coast right about now. We really didn't have a winter this year. I can think of one time where our temps went below 32 degrees.

That said, be thinking of us southerners when we are faced with triple digit temps during the summer months .

We are off to the same State Park, but for only one night next Saturday. My son has a Tae Kwon Do belt test Saturday morning, but we felt we needed to get the Roo out one more time before our planned trip to Caprock Canyons State Park during Spring Break in a few weeks. Yeah, that's a lot of work for just one camping night, but the way we look at it, we didn't buy the thing to put it in storage!
