I have been looking at the various hitches this morning and am leaning towards the Anderson. What size is the trailer frame on the 23IKSS? Is it a 4 3/8 or did you get the 3-6" universal? I found one for $450 and that seems pretty good. The TT is on order or I would walk out and measure it myself. The WDH looks fairly easy to install and I would like to bring it to the dealer when I pick it up and screw it on there.

Not sure where you are located but I'm near the NC/SC border near the coast. Bought a new Equalizer 4 point with sway control 1000/10,000 last Sept. Used it twice ~~ $375 for anyone here.

I called Anderson and got the 350 model, Jason told me which one and I ordered it thru a reseller they recommended. I called them also because it is based on your vehicle as well as RV, best thing is call them to find the specific model you need. They run $450.00 shipped it is a heavy box like 60#'s

Afternoon, I just bought my sister in laws 23IKSS a few months ago. I have the Equal-I-Zer WDH sway control. I have towed other trailers with the chain adapter that hooks to the TT. I personally find the version I have to be a better set up. IMHO.
Congrats on the trailer.

I have towed for several friends without a TV. Turned the last one down and will all others unless a 5er or have an Equalizer WD 4 point or can use the one in my garage. just my pref and 3 cents.

I also have the 4pt Equil-i-zer on my 23IKSS, but went with the 10,000 rating in case I ever want to upgrade. I don't have any issues with the wdh and I have a 2014 Tundra

Same one I use ~~ bought a new one as I promised to move my neighbors new TT 750 miles and the one I had went with my last TT. I have used it where slightly heavier and a bit lighter would work with nothing but great experience. Have used SOBs and never again. The newer 4 point that no longer requires the friction sway control ~~~ the only thing better is pulling a 5er.

Husky 32218 Center Line TS with Spring Bars

We just purchased a 2014 Shamrock 23IKSS in November and used the Husky centerline WDH for a 2500 mile trip home with excellent control. From towing in 60 mph winds (in slush!) we had zero issues with sway. Additionally, the hitch is extremely quiet. Altogether highly recommended.
