Wet bunk ends - not leaking canvas

So after some rain leaching through the canvas last trip, I waterproofed the canvas with a starlite brand waterproofer on my 233. Well it rained heavily today on this trip and the canvas did not weep... But there was a different issue. The sheets around the perimeter of the bed frames are a wet. I double checked that the ends were set up properly and they are. The canvas is wrapped around the bed frames, valcroed properly an secured with the buggy straps.

Anyone else with this issue? If so, any advice?

Are you sure it wasn't condensation? I have noticed i occasionally have condensation under mattress. Usually in fall months, but sometimes during summer months with high humidity.

I don't believe that it is condensation. I usually see that as droplets from the roof of the bunk end. This time out we have power so we have the AC on, keeping humidity low. Also it only happened on the two nights it rained.

I also noticed that the bunk "windows" seems to saturate with water. I spend a lot of time waterproofing the top canvas, not the window sides. When I get a chance, I want to open up the window flaps, clean them from the inside of the camper and waterproof those too.

I had to do that with my old popup--waterproofed the seams and sprayed the sealant on the sides down to the overhanging flaps--my water seeping into the mattress issue went away.

Sorry but I am a firm believer that the Roo's are junk. We bought a brand new 233s that had to be delivered. It has leaked from day one and tonight we had at least an inch of water come in from the back of the camper. Both the rear bunks were closed. Monday I'm getting a lawyer there has to be some type of lemon law on these campers. Junk is all I can say.
