we must give them at least one chance

if we think about it for a little while
it makes sense

plus
most small claims courts do not
pay for lost time
unless
someTHING like days missed from work

ex. dog bite, car crash, stabbing

don't take the unit home next time
until
all is checked out OK

your pictures !!!

regarding those pictures
to say they do sloppy work
is an understatement !!!

all you can really do it seems
is take it back
give them copies of all your pictures
have them make note of all needed repairs
then
ask them to simply
repair all back up to standard

Nope. They had their chance. It's legal action now.

ok
be sure to get some good documention
from who ever does the repairs
so as to back you up in court
I believe the opposing side is going to cry out
that you did not give them a fair chance
so as to make THINGS right
((a good reason to kill your claim))
let us know what happens
good luck

Good News!!!

Here's a follow up to our progress with our damaged camper...With the threat of legal action and just a wee bit of creative negotiating, our rv dealer did provide us with a brand spanking new 2012 Shamrock this past Saturday...It is PERFECT! Sometimes you gotta be a little nasty but the reward is well worth the trouble!!! Thanks everyone for your advice and helpfulness...sure glad I found this forum! Happy Camping everybody!!!
