What can I do about this in Quebec Canada?
I've lost a year of usage ,and they replaced tents twice , now 2 of them have to be replace again because of worker incompetence !
I've owned it since August 2013..used it twice and rain seeped through tent ends making puddles and wetting mattresses
They replaced over the winter season half assed
Tents keep falling off now
We are at wits end,no camping has happened this season yet!

if the dealer is incompetent, contact the warranty person for Roo/Shamrock and ask for a recommendation to another dealer.
hopefully you can show that this has been a long standing issue.
maybe some of our Canadian Roo/Shamrock owners can chime in with some recommendations.

Haha I have no idea where you found that. Haven't stalked anyone to that extent here.
Montreal area is a little further that I was thinking as there is a great dealer in Ottawa. There is one in Alexandria that deals mostly in Shamrock. Sorry not sure of any others that far out

We got our ROO from Travel-Mor in Ottawa. They usually have good service.

Marco, I bought our Shamrock from Alco VR in Laval. They are an authorized dealer for Forest River . I have never used their service dept though. Hope this helps.

I bought it there too, they are in the process of destroying my trailer
They can't fix chit!
Tents fall off, water still coming in they r modifying stuff and now screws all pulling out of wood framing
I don't recommend anyone goes there
There is another flagstaff dealer in
Alexandria Ontario ,1 hour away
Go there for service

AlcoVr are crooks who don't care about you once the unit is sold!!
They put off ur repairs to deliver the newly sold ones.....
They sucked the love of camping out of our family and I can guaranty that we will never buy another FLAGSTAFF product again!!
