Where do you sleep in your Camper?

We sleep in the front too and we use carpet runners on the wooden ledges (front and Back) to make it a little easier to get in and out. We roll them up and store them in the net storage compartment above when we pack up.

How about some of that stuff you'd put on the fireplace hearth to baby proof it. That would have the "L" shape you'd want to cover the top and front of the edge.

Front also....probably a carryover from our pup days. Front bed was bigger there. When it's just dw and me, we don't normally open the rear bed. Many times tho, we have grandkids stowaway so we open the back then.

I do the front bunk..I feel more "secure" over the hitch.. when I have a friend.. they get the back...
When turtling.. I sleep on the Jack knife sofa.. and they get the table area.. ( I only have 1 dog and she has 2) give her a bit more space for "everyone"

My wife and I sleep on the front (kingish) bed because of the tongue underneath. Our combined weight is about 350 pounds, as opposed to our son's 180. Less bounce when we move into and around on the bed.

That is interesting...I have never noticed less bounce in one versus the other but maybe that is because my rear bunk is less "outside" of the camper while the front has the tongue. I will have to pay attention to that and see if I notice because less bounce is nice, most of the time.

We actually used both in our 23ss. It depended on how much our 2 large labs crowded us. Now we have a trailer with a bed in front & a pull out couch. I miss the two beds.

i know of NO hybrid with any RV king bed. what hybrid do you have that has a kingish front bunk?

as i said in a previous post, all hybrids ever made that i know of, came with RV queens and some older ones with rear doubles/fulls.

I have a 2014 Roo 19... both ends are Queen.. Queen sheets fit on both ends..

233s with 3 queens. Front for me and the wife, daughter likes the back, son like the side. Dog sleeps wherever.

I believe all Roo's are 60x80 (which is a Queen). But, with that front ledge, the bed looks deeper.

I use a kneeling pad for gardening.

DW in the front. Me in the back. 35 years of marriage and you appreciate not having to crawl over someone much more than loosing a few nights per year not being able to snuggle. OK when it gets cold that is another story.

We also use two bunks. Me in the front and my bride of 32 years in the back. We can saw logs all night long and sleep like babies. We recently upgraded to a 2016 23ikss from a 2007 roo 23ss and are full timing. If she wants to come over for a visit she is always welcome at the bachelor pad!
