Which caulk is best when repairing clearance / running lights?

I'm planning to re-caulk all my running lights. Is there any specific caulk that seems to last more than others?

The work light In the front by the trailer tongue had lap sealant coating the back. Is this used in lieu of or in addition to caulk?

Geocel ProFlex. Comes in Clear, Ultra Clear, Almond, White and Black. Probably one of the best sealants on the market for everything except the roof itself. Very sticky stuff, but very good. Can be found at most RV places, Camping World, or any other online retailer.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

Thanks for the info. I'll start looking for it. Any idea if Home Depot carries it?

Local dealer turned me onto this, 20 / 20 by Dyco. Prep it, mask it, seal it gets you the best results.

ProFlex is what you want to use. this spring I replaced and re-caulked every marker light on my newly purchased used 2006 23ss Roo. this stuff is awesome. Not carried at any home repair store as ProFlex is specifically formulated of RV applications. I use it for everything except as stated before for roof repair/maintenance.
