I understand changes are to be made mid way thru the year, but a whole floor plan change should have been rolled out with all new 2016 models, they usually change a thing here or there but man they moved everything around

I'm good for around 10 hours. Since I have to work with what vacation time I can get away with, it's not worth breaking up the driving over several days. Way to young to retire. So, if it's going to be over 10 hours (with traffic wiggle room..took 14 hours to come back from VA once) book me a flight and let someone else do the piloting.

We are also going to purchase the 233S ready for delivery in the Spring. I was waiting because I sent an email asking FR what the new floor plan would be. Personally, I appreciate a nightstand by the forward bunk like they used to have. The person there told me they were thinking about adding that back, but they were not going to have the lights on one switch or increase the kitchen counter space at all. After seeing the posts here on the 2016.5 I contacted them again - they said the ONLY thing that is different is the shower doors. Of course I replied I had seen pictures of the change in the entertainment center and removal of the wardrobe. The follow up was "All new floorpans will be posted on the website by mid-September". Why is it that a new floorpan can be designed, manufactured, delivered and pictures uploaded from the consumer BEFORE FR updates their website. I think they want to keep it a secret until all the 2015's and 16's are sold and off the lots. Does anyone know who has the most up to date information? The dealers maybe?

It's not uncommon for manufacturers to keep updates hush hush until existing inventory is sold down or out. Keeps them from having to discount older models .

Someone had posted more pics of the 2016.5 that is exactly like mine. I am working on posting more pics. From what I can tell, the 2016.5 is light years from what I see of the earlier models. Looks like they took 10 years worth of complaints and finally made some changes. Please keep in mind, I can only speak of the 233S as this is the ONLY camper we wanted. I will likely have updated pictures on Saturday unless I can sneak out of the office a bit early : >)

I emailed FR about the 2016 changes and they told me mid-September after their Dealer Open House event. It the week after the Hersey RV show.

So I guess we will not officially see the real 2016 models until the last week of this month.

Looks like all models get the larger showers with doors, the same showers used on the ultra light TT & 5 wheels. To make room the has been floor plan adjustments around the bathrooms.

On some of the larger models the front bunk get more privacy with a new entertainment center blocking half of the bunk.

On the larger models (hybrid, TT, & 5w) get large pantries with the full size door with the glass window in the door.

My unit finally came in!!!! Went last night to sign final paperwork and take a quick look at it. Dealer wasn't done prepping unit and all the main guys were leaving for the Harrisburg show, so I have my PDI tonight at 6. Looks like they added an end table to far left of the front bunk. I will post pictures tomorrow as by the time I get home it will be late and work comes early for me. Anything I should ask since this is my first camper and first PDI.
