Which New 233s to buy????

Hello all!! I am in the process of buying a Shamrock 233s. Floor plan works great with our two kids. Wife likes the Roo's Color packages and decor styles. My question is other then the colors there is no difference between the 2? I have a dealer that sells shamrocks 10 minutes from me, nearest Roo dealer is 2 1/2 hours. Im going to see tomorrow if my dealer can order a Roo since he has to order mine anyways, one on lot isn't the saffire package which I like.
Thanks For the great info from this site!

No difference except colors. I liked the roo colors a bit better so traveled a little further but you can't go wrong either way. Good luck!

Roos and Shamrocks are the same exact trailer, except for outside decals and interior decor.
Both built on the same assembly line.
One big difference is that there are way more Roo dealers nationwide, than Shamrock dealers, so there's more price competition on the Roo.

The saleswoman at the Roo dealer told me my Shamrock trade was worth less than a Roo because the factory employees bring their "A game" when they construct a Roo and apparently sleep walk through a Shamrock build.

That's what she told me. What I heard was, "You are obviously an idiot who will believe anything." SORRY LADY. NO SALE FOR YOU.

As has been stated several times, they are identical. A major concern to me is the selling dealer. Research the dealers for issues after the sale. They will all be your bestest buddy during the selling / buying time. How will they take care of you later. Back to the actual campers, they are great. Best of luck in your search and purchase.

They must have been cross training when they built my Roo...

We are 2 weeks into our 233S Rockwood Roo! We love it - very spacious for the size. Saphire package is worth it. Oh yeah, shower doors, well worth it! Good luck!!

We went with the 233s shamrock sapphire package. My wife liked the 2016 color scheme so happy wife, happy life. Just waiting now to hear from dealer on estimated time of arrival. Cant wait, Wife is already trying to find campgrounds in eastern PA that are kid friendly.
I'm enjoying hearing all the tips and tricks ( and some mishaps) to help me get ready to camp.
Thanks everybody!!!!

Awesome and congrats! We just came back from her maiden voyage, and must say very impressed on how the Rockwood 233S performed! Of course this is our very first camper so we are a bit biased : > )

Let me know if yours has the shower doors, not a big deal for some, but I had images of water all over the place from "someone" forgetting to tuck in the shower curtain. Oh, and another tid bit, I don't know how warm it gets where you are, but the pop up gizmo's are well worth it for covering the bunks.

That's not what my shower looks like in my 16 233s? Mine is angled not round. Hmmm

Just picked up - this was a mid year change - so we were told! Also they moved the TV to the dinette wall with a swing arm. No more wardrobe closet as you have a wider path to the back bed.

Note to self: do not let DW see the photo of the newly designed shower.
