Congrats. I love my Ecobeast! I've only towed my Roo once with it so far but it performed admirably. Curious, what's your payload?

I did not realize the new half ton trucks cost that much. UNREAL. If guys are paying that much for halftons wouldn't it make sense to just get a 3/4ton to begin with?

I was at the Ford dealer today getting the only thing fixed in 50,000 km, the door keypad 9/0 led was burnt out. The stick on F250 is more than my F 150, both gas and trim level close to the same.

The 3/4 has a solid front axle and for a daily driver the F150 is much smoother. With the 2015 and 12,200 tow capacity it can not be beat.

can't get a Eco-Beast in a F250 - have NO idea why Ford would not build a 8 cyl version of the Ecoboost

If they did I would probably move up to a 250 for added payload and JIC I ever wanted a larger 5er

X2 Brian - we just rolled over 25K (Miles) and the ONLY issues we have had is a plastic rivet popping out on our lower trim (because I stepped on the trim getting in to the cab ) and the dealer replaced the leather cover on the passenger seat because they did not like the look of the way it was wearing (did I mention we love our Ford Dealer? )

Pretty amazing what happens when you go to a completely aluminum body isn't it? 12K Tow capacity is moving into the 3/4 ton area (hell, my 11,700 Tow Capacity is 3/4 ton capacity 5 years ago!
