Take the mattresses off the bunks and lay them on the table or hideabed. Then you will only need to do a quick wipe off of the bunk and you wii be good as new!

Explains why I can't find those anymore just bought a Black and Decker counter version 12 cups at Walmart for $17

So glad to meet all of you 23IKSS owners! I will be posting links to other topics that pertain to our unit here so we can kind of use this forum thread to find info in one place. Here's a thread I found about the refrigerator:

I look forward to the wealth of information from all of the 23IKSS owners ( either Roo or Shamrock). We are on our second year, and we love it! One tip for all new owners, the bunk door end corners when down are at head level and will, as they say 'put your eye out' if not careful. A pool noodle does wonders.

I was told to fold the ends up when it gets hot. And open it up at night. It's easer on the ac.

I cut pipe insulation and put it over the nubs that latch.

Just brought our 23ikss home a couple of weeks ago and have been going through it figure thing out. Finally hot enough here to run the A/C. With the air dump blocked off forcing air to the vents it makes a whistling sound like air is being forced through somewhere it shouldn't.

Anyone with similar issues or suggestions?

Who owns the ROO 23IKSS?

I had the same sound. With the AC running, lightly push up around the edge of the ceiling trim of the AC until the sound stops. I found a place that needed a little caulk and that fix the whistling.

Thank. I will give that at try but it sounds more like it is inside the unit itself. There is no whistle when the air dump is open.

Mine wouldn't whistle with the air dump open either. But when the air dump was closed, it would force air through the faulty calked area and whistle! Keep us posted!
