Wobbly Toilet Stool

The toilet stool in our 2016 21BD seems to be wobbly, unlike the one
in a 21SS that we traded in. The two attachment bolts are tight, and the floor around the stool seems pretty firm.

Looked under the camper at the area directly under the stool and saw
one piece of loose 2-1/2" thick styrofoam between the black holding tank
and the floor, next to the pipe from the stool. Contacted the dealer about
this, and am waiting for their response.

I attached pics of the area.

Can someone with a 21BD or 21DK look under their camper and tell me if
they have anything installed between the top of the black holding tank
and floor directly under the stool.

Thanks for any help.

Looks like a jury rig for some issue.

I would cut a plywood collars the correct thickness to fit completely around the pipe.

I contacted my dealer and asked him about my concern.
He said that he looked at 4 other units on his lot and saw that there
was styrofoam blocks also under the toilet floor. He was not sure
if they were there just for shipment or if they are there for good.

Said he would ask the agent from Forest River when he arrived at
his dealership later.
