You can find what I refer to as Euro-metric tires. They are usually 8-ply rated and are made for trailers, vans, and transporters more commonly find in Europe.
Hankook and Kumho build them, as do a few others. TireRack carries the Kumho's usually.
Now a Euro-metric sizing is a hair different as it omits the aspect ration which would be 82. So a Euro 205R14 is actually taller than a ST205/75/14. Most people go to a Euro 195R14 when using these as a substitute.
