5'R towing

After a long run with Travel trailer we recently opted for a 5th Wheel. We purchased a 2015 380 XLR and love it. I've only towed it once from the dealer to our camp property were we vacation year round. We are thinking about taking a trip from Washington State to visit my in-laws who are snowbirding in Arizona. I have a couple questions.

The 380 AMP has 2 slides and 6-point auto leveling. Do any of you with 5th wheels leave the rig attached to the Tow Vehicle for quick overnight stays. We will be staying in RV parks along the way so the spots would be easy to get in and out, and level. Seems like it might put a lot of stress on the Tow Vehicle leaving it hooked up with the (3) slides outs. The auto level makes things easy to unhook so that's the way Im leaning just curious on your opinions.

Slides in or out, the weight is the same.

The quick overnight camping I've done I just left it hooked up and ran the front jacks down just until they touched the pavement to solidify things, but left the truck hooked up otherwise.

lots more strain on the truck going down the road than you walking around in 5th wheel while parked. No sense unhooking just to sleep.

If you're really worried about it, I guess you could drop the landing gear and run it down a bit until you just start to see the back of the truck rise. That'll make things solid for sure, but I don't think its really necessary. Truck is more than able to handle that "stress," especially since it takes a whole lot of dynamic loading bouncing down the road (as mentioned above.) That static load is nothing...
