80" Bunk House Travel Trailer ???
My son is growing like a weed. The boy is now 6'4". My Daughter is 5'10". Neither have an end in sight.
I'm trying to find a Travel Trailer that has a bunk house of 80" in length. Seems most I've found are 74".
Can anyone provide some valuable help/advice?
Ron

What about one of the trailers that has two double beds for bunks? They could lay diagonal on those and have plenty of room.

Sounds like it is time to set up a tent for them.

When we were looking into purchasing a new camper we were looking at bunks and had our 11 year old lay in one and he was almost at the end. So we looked at hybrids that have queen beds. We purchased a ROO 233s that had 3 queen beds, the table folds down, and the couch fold down. Plenty of room there for the 5 of us. I am 6'2" and have no problem sleeping in the bed. Just another option for you!

Look at the Rockwood 2104S / Flagstaff 21DS. Both have an 85" slide-out dinette and a queen bed. Our SIL is 6'8" (80") tall, so those 74" dinettes just wouldn't do. Love the optional Murphy bed, too, as it gives much greater living space during the day.

I wonder if you wrote those model numbers correct? The pic below is a floor plan of a 2104S.
My son is 6'4" tall because I'm 6'5" and my DW is 5'11".
So you are suggesting we take the 74" murphy and my feet hang of the edge while my son takes the 85" Dinette?
And where is the bed for my Daughter?
Confused at your suggestion.

Wisconsin-1, your suggestion is not a bad one. We were actually trying to decide on our current model 23IKSS and the 24WS which has the three bunks like the 233S.
Due to the kitchen and entertainment layout, the 23IKSS won out.
What I also did not mention are some other factors.
1) DW would like to make beds without having to climb on them. That suggests a MB suite with access from both sides of the bed and a bunk house where a person can stand and access the bed without getting on it.
2) From her "suggestions" I interpret DW would like to be in a hard sided trailer.
Thanks!
Ron

Problems
Ron, I can't solve ALL your problems!
Seriously, in my case, I'm also over 6'4", and plan to add a spacer at the head of the 74" Queen (there is a 6" gap there once the bed is folded down) making an 80" bed for my wife and I, but my son-in-law and daughter are happy to share the longer dinette bed. Since your son and daughter are unlikely to find that arrangement satisfactory, you'll either need a tent or have to look for another model. Good luck!

That was my thought too. A toy hauler with the Happy jack bed and an AC unit in the garage. Some also have have opposing sofas that fold out to large beds. Then you could get a Harley.

They sure look like fun. I love the outdoor party deck too.
But I would need to figure out how to carry two teens and an 85 lb dog in a truck. We are currently towing with an SUV.
