Not exactly sure which vents you have, but in most the center ( spinning) portion has a pin in the center with bump on the end of it. To remove you pry the pin out of the center hole. A flat bladed item such as a putty knife on each side of the pin should keep it from breaking. If the unit is new this is not uncommon and once the fan has run for a while it will slow down. If this is not a new unit and just started doing this, you may have critters in the ducts.
