Adding Towel Bars
Has anyone come up with a good way to add towel bars to their camper of any kind?

We use a stainless steel rack with towel hooks that hangs on the top of the bathroom door.

I also use bungee cords. I have yet to put up the towel bar provided by FR.

I hung 2 towel bars on the inside of the door. You can't be an animal with them but 7 years so far.

We went a similar route - an over the door towel rack, and I converted one of the bottom decorative curls into a toilet paper holder. Our TT really didn't have room for a towel rack.

I plan on screwing a furring strip to the bathroom wall and then adding a towel bar to the strip. I hope to attach the strip to the FR "studs" that are behind the wall...most likely in the corners.

We have also used an over-the-door 3-hook towel rack. Just curious if anyone has ever used one of these Command Strip towel racks:

I just attach the cord to anything that it can grab. Pouches hanging in the shower, the curtain hooks, and outside of the shower is some netting for above storage.

Actually did install the towel rack that came with the trailer. Unfortunately I went to use my level not thinking the trailer was off. Now it is a little unlevel [emoji21]🤣

That's exactly what I did. The "studs" weren't exactly where I would have predicted (imagine that!) but I located them with my regular stud finder.
... and, yes, I finished those screw holes.
I made it level by measuring up from the floor instead of basing the position off the rounded ceiling or using a level in a not-quite-level trailer.

We went to Lowes and bought a Moen Towel bar and Toilet Paper holder...Had no problems mounting them in my trailer on the hollow wall with no studs they have been on for a few years now with no issues

I posted this a couple years ago on a thread about wall anchors (I've used them and they do hold):
A well nut may also work. It's a rubber piece, with a lip, that has an enclosed nut within the rubber. You insert the well nut into a small, drilled opening in the wall. As you tighten a machine screw in the threads, the rubber on the well nut, on the inside of the wall, will compress and expand against the wall and the larger lip of the nut, on the outside of the wall, holds it in place. They can be removed anytime by simply loosening the machine bolt.
