Any 36 BHSH owners?

Hi all, newbe on this forum but a long time camper.
I bought a 36BHBS for export (Brazil) and right now it is on its way home, it should arrive in a couple of weeks.
My problem is that I just noticed that we cant import a TT longer than 10.50 meters (34' 7/64") , only box, tongue and bumper NOT included.

Dealer told me that my 36BHBS measures 36.7 feet total lenght, but neither them or I understand what exactly that means.

Does someone has the actual measure of a 36BHBS box?
I hope 37.6 is the overall lenght (bumper to tongue)
I am sure that the tongue and bumper measure more than 3 feet,

If anyone can clarify this please chime in. Thanks

Old but unresolved same topic

actual length

Usually measured length is from tongue to bumper. I've never seen it not measured like that. I think you'll be fine.

Just curious, what part of Brasil are you in? Importation on that thing has got to be expensive. I worked down there for a little while under Shell Brasil, out of Rio, Macae and Vitoria.

Welcome to the forum.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

Hey Big John, thanks for your reply.
I live in Joao Pessoa in Paraiba, I am retired and just bought a beach lot in Jacuma beach, I want to park the trailer and start enjoying until I finish my beach house project, I cant wait.
Importation taxes and duties are huge, but non motorized Rvs are non luxury goods, so I expect to pay only $40K in taxes + $7K Shipping for a 20K TT in America
You guys can now understand why I will have no sleep until I can confirm the real measure of my 36BHSH, haha.

I love Macae, I once drove there from Rio.

I'm not exactly sure which brand the 36BHSH is (Rockwood, Salem, Prime Time?), but if you don't get any responses from owners of that specific unit, try posting this in the brand specific area. Might get a little more attention.
