We have ours on low and reversing direction to move warm air. Good for a chilly morning.

The wife really likes ours and she has it running all the time in the summer. Like one of the other post said it is just one more thing to have to clean.

I think they are great. In an RV, it seems like it's always too hot or too cold inside them. You can use them either way, they are always handy, and you won't trip over them or worry about the kids around them. (unless they like to practice volleyball inside or something...)

I like ours. When you don't really need the air, just open the windows and turn on the fan, it works great.

Thought ya'll would want to know...the 8280ss 5th wheel we ordered will have a ceiling fan in it.

We'll see if we like it. With this floor plan it should be out in the open and cirulate air. The one we demo'ed had a lot of cabinets and stuff in the way.

I use our ceiling fans all the time! We have one over the bed, and one in the living room in the Salem Park Trailer. They reverse to cirrculate heat as well. I use it more for that, in conjuction with the fireplace. (it's cooooold up here!)
