are palomino & puma made by forest river

my son in law and daughter have their sights on a 2010 puma made by palomino. my question was is this a forest river product. thanks for quick replies and advice on puma travel trailer as they are going back to dealer in morning thanks jim w.

Yes, Palomino is part of Forest River...see attached link.

Palomino was bought by FR, about 3-4 years ago. it wasn't part of FR before then.

so, some older Pumas are before FR took over.
but Palomino is still an independent company under the FR umbrella.
the 2010 will be a FR company product.

I think Coachmen used to sell PALOMINO. Puma is a model of Palomino. They subsequentially went under recently from the big shake-up in the RV industry in Goshen, Indiana, I think is what I read at that time, and Forest River took the reigns over from Coachmen. Randy

actually, it was Vanguard that owned Palomino. the info is on the Palomino website.

They got the PUMA and it is nice and quality is good especially for such a good price they got from Berryland Campers. thanks jim w
